Cafe de Flores is a unique French Bistrot in Puerto Vallarta. Drawing inspiration from locally-sourced ingredients and applying the culinary techniques acquired from the renowned Le Cordon Bleu Institute in Paris, Chef Miriam Flores crafts a timeless menu available for a limited period. Our cocktails are meticulously crafted using only the freshest ingredients and applying traditional methods. We cordially invite you to savor our 5-course menu, which will be elegantly presented at our Chef’s Counter: Fresh caught fish, organic chicken, slow braised short rib, and hand made pasta. I use real butter and olive oil so that the food is of the highest quality.

Mexican woman, born in Los Angeles, California, Chef Miriam’s life has crossed borders and experiences that have indelibly shaped her culinary sensibilities. The main reason she is different is because she is a certified culinary graduate with honors from Le Cordon Bleu so she teaches you Mexican ingredients and techniques with a gourmet touch. She has been cooking just Mexican food for 15 years here in beautiful Puerto Vallarta and so she wanted to offer some of her favorite dishes from living in Paris with her French husband to the Vallarta food scene.
